Patron Technology Ends Year With 1,700 Clients

New York, NY – December 30, 2009

Patron Technology announced today that it will end 2009 servicing over 1,700 customers in the U.S. and eight foreign countries.

“We are proud that such a large sector of the arts community has embraced e-mail marketing, and has made PatronMail the leading e-mail marketing system in our field. When we started in 2001, very few arts institutions recognized the enormous power and significant return-on-investment that e-mail marketing offers. Today, e-mail has become a mainstream part of savvy arts marketers’ overall operation, and we are delighted to be able to work with so many of them,” said Eugene Carr, president of Patron Technology. “More and more of our company’s time and energy is being placed into sharing industry best practices, case studies, benchmark statistics, and tips & techniques that we gather from our clients. This is one of the things that makes Patron Technology different than other corporate software providers, and we’re poised to do more and more of it in 2010 to help the industry improve.”

Other 2009 achievements for Patron Technology include the presentation of several workshops and over 100 live webinars (including nine webinars on Facebook that drew a total of over 1,500 registrants), as well as producing its third day-long e-marketing conference, the E-marketing E-mersion E-vent, which has become an annual event.
