Four Patron Technology Executives to Present at Dreamforce ’15

Salesforce Annual User and Developer Conference, September 15-18, in San Francisco.

Four members of Patron Technology’s executive team have been chosen to present individual sessions at Dreamforce ’15, September 15-18 in San Francisco. Hosted by Salesforce, this annual user and developer conference will be the most informative and dynamic cloud conference with over 1,500 sessions and thousands of live solutions from the world’s largest cloud ecosystem.

Michelle Paul, Director of Product Development, who oversees PatronManager, built entirely on the Force.com platform, and Dave Esposito, Patron Technology’s CTO, who has played a key role with the company since its founding and who has leveraged the flexibility and scalability of the cloud to quickly turn concept into production applications ready for mass distribution, will be co-presenting: How to combine both clicks and code to build customizable mobile apps. They will demonstrate a ticket-scanning app and show how we use “button-click” development to expand it to meet each specific customer’s needs.

Allison Klein, Platform Innovation Specialist, and Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator and Force.com Developer, will offer: The Invisible Admin: Tricking Users into Adopting Salesforce – Her session focuses on using Salesforce’s formula fields to increase user adoption and make Salesforce a more seamless part of a user’s life.

Rachel Hands, Patron Technology’s Senior Manager of Client Administration, is a certified Salesforce.com Administrator and Advanced Administrator and her session is: They Didn’t Teach this in ADM-201: The #AwesomeAdmin As #SuperServiceRep –  This session offers lessons from outstanding customer service teams on how to treat internal customers. Admins will better equip themselves to solve problems effectively, and drive adoption for their companies.
