Patron Technology Acquires SeatAdvisor

New York, N.Y., October 16, 2017 — Patron Technology, an industry-leading ticketing and event experience software company announced it has acquired SeatAdvisor, Inc., a global ticketing software company. Patron Technology is a portfolio company of Providence Strategic Growth (PSG), the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity, a global private equity firm with more than $50 billion in assets under management. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SeatAdvisor delivers a ticketing and patron management solution that helps venues worldwide nurture and grow their audiences. An early innovator in the ticketing space, SeatAdvisor has continued to evolve its powerful and easy-to-use ticketing system with integrated fundraising, analytics, and marketing capabilities. With global headquarters in San Diego, CA and significant reseller networks in Europe and Australia, thousands of venues worldwide have chosen SeatAdvisor to sell over 100 million tickets.
