Leading ticketing, fundraising, and marketing platform for the arts, PatronManager, a Patron Technology product, will be featured at this year’s Theatre Communications Group (TCG) National Conference in Miami, where Senior Account Executive Kevin Patterson will lead an educational session for conference attendees.
The TCG National Conference brings together over 1,000 theatre artists and non-profit theatre staff from around the country each year to engage about topics, advances, and challenges facing the industry. Patterson’s fitting educational workshop, titled Build Your Patron Journey: Leading Patrons on a Path to Greater Engagement, will take place Thursday, June 6 at 11:00 AM as part of their ongoing conversation around audience and community engagement. This interactive session will dive into investigating why arts patrons engage with an organization, and how those organizations can serve as a guide to curate the patron’s journey for increased participation over time.

Patterson is a 25-year veteran arts administrator, having led the business and artistic operations of Austin Lyric Opera, Anchorage Opera, and Indianapolis Opera prior to joining PatronManager in 2016. He has also given presentations at conferences for the League of Historic Theatres, Opera America, and INTIX.
