Held September 25-28 in San Francisco, Dreamforce, hosted by Salesforce, is a user and developer conference which drew over 171,000 attendees in addition to 10 million viewers online, ultimately representing 91 different countries in 2017. Dreamforce ’18 is expected to be an even larger event.

Rachel Hands, Director of Client Administration at PatronManager, and certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator and App Builder, will co-present a session alongside Marisa Lopez, Director of Account Management, Presence and President of Amplify. The session titled “Amplifying Underrepresented Voices in Tech: Be an Ally,” will be an introduction to the principles of allyship and explore different techniques and concrete action items leaders can take to be better allies to the underrepresented voices around them. The session will take place on Wednesday, September 26 at 3:30 PM. This will be Rachel’s fourth consecutive year speaking at Dreamforce.
In addition to Ms. Hands, Senior Client Administrator Samantha Colbert will also be speaking at this year’s event. Samantha’s solo session titled “Top 5 Reasons Your Report Might Be ‘Wrong,’” will focus on filter logic, permissions, and report types to give beginner Salesforce administrators a checklist of what might be causing their reports to show unexpected results. The session will be held on Thursday, September 27 at 12:30 PM. This will be Samantha’s first year speaking at Dreamforce.
